As a courtesy, we offer free continental U.S. shipping for all Ceramic custom chip orders. Additional items combined with these orders will be assessed normal shipping.

We kindly ask that your Ceramic order is comprised of at least 500 chips.
Heavy Customization
Small orders with a high degree of variance between chips may incur additional costs.
Complimentary Graphic Design
Do you have a great idea for your custom design, but don't quite have the time or software? No worries! For every $200 you spend you'll receive 30 minutes of complimentary graphic design time from our in-house team. We can work with existing art or create a new design from scratch. If your order is less than $200, or if you need extra time, design time costs $50/hour.
Order Lead Time
Depending on your chosen method, we will ship your Preferred order within 35-40 calendar days from the day you've approved a soft proof of your chips and made final payment, or your Economy order within 90-120 Days.
